By installing or using TabVault Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install the extension.
2. Description of Service
TabVault Pro is a Chrome browser extension designed to save, organize, and sync browser tabs locally and via third-party storage.
3. Free and Pro Versions
- Free version: Provided at no cost with core local saving features.
- Pro version: Requires active subscription payment. Billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are securely processed through Gumroad. You will be redirected to Gumroad's secure checkout to complete your purchase.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase upon request.
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for protecting your personal credentials, Google Drive folder, and OpenAI API keys.
- You must not use the extension for illegal activities.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension core files.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any lost data resulting from browser crashes, system updates, user deletions, or third-party cloud service outages. We recommend creating regular JSON exports of your data as manual backups.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Your continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
